These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website located at https://alreadybuilt.app, operated by alreadybuilt. Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information generated through your use of our web pages.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreement"). By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Agreements.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to service availability, errors in description or pricing, errors in your order, or other reasons. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Subscriptions

alreadybuilt offers certain services on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"), either monthly or annually, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or alreadybuilt cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

A valid payment method is required to process your Subscription payment. You must provide alreadybuilt with accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you authorize alreadybuilt to charge all Subscription fees from the payment instrument you provide. Should automatic billing fail for any reason, alreadybuilt will issue an electronic invoice requiring you to complete payment manually.

Free Trial

alreadybuilt offers a free plan that includes a limited number of searches and AI chat interactions. Usage limits for the free plan may be adjusted at any time. If you wish to obtain more usage, you may upgrade to a paid subscription plan.

Fee Changes

alreadybuilt reserves the right to modify Subscription fees at any time. Any changes to Subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant price changes in advance. Your continued use of our Service after a fee change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Once a user has completed payment of the subscription fee, it indicates that the user has fully understood and accepted the service content and usage rules of the product. Due to the nature of virtual products in subscription services and data processing costs, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations, regardless of whether it is due to the user's personal reasons (including but not limited to early termination of subscription, non-use of service, change of requirements, etc.) or circumstances other than platform technical failures, paid subscription fees will not be refunded.

Accounts

When you create an account with alreadybuilt, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old, and that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

Your account is for your personal use only and may not be shared with others. Sharing or allowing unauthorized access to your account is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Permitted Uses and Prohibited Activities

What You Can Do:

When using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that your use is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You may use the Service for project searching, competitive analysis, technical research, and exploring relevant information through AI chat.

What You Cannot Do:

Engaging in any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities when using our Service is strictly prohibited. For example, you may not:

• Use automated scripts or programs to manipulate or abuse our Service, or intentionally attempt to exploit our system or circumvent usage limits
• Use our Service in a manner that violates, infringes, or misappropriates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying components of our Service (including our models, algorithms, or systems)
• Use automated means to scrape search results or AI-generated content in bulk
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the output of the Service

alreadybuilt and its licensors own and retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of alreadybuilt. Intellectual property rights of GitHub projects and ProductHunt products retrieved through the Service belong to their respective owners. We only display publicly available summary information for reference purposes.

alreadybuilt reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately terminate or suspend a user's account and refuse access to the Service without prior notice or liability, for reasons including but not limited to a breach of Terms and Conditions. If users wish to terminate their account, they may simply discontinue using the Service. Upon termination, provisions such as disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The failure of alreadybuilt to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right.
